There are currently waiting lists for all GRHC-administered housing units. Our online housing application offers applicants placement on the waiting list of all developments for which they may qualify.

The GRHC administers five agency-owned developments tailored to meet the needs of older adults and people with disabilities.
Project-Based Voucher Units
The GRHC administers Project-Based Voucher rental subsidies for the partner-owned developments listed below.
Eligibility: Ages 55 and older (ages 55-61 must have a disability to receive a federal rental subsidy)

Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program
The GRHC’s Housing Choice Voucher program provides a tenant-based rental subsidy that helps low-income households renting privately owned property in Kent or Ottawa counties.
This program is currently closed to new applicants.
