Affordable Housing for Families

The Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) offers income-eligible households affordable, family friendly apartment living at two centrally located housing developments.

Creston Plaza and Campau Commons Apartments are in well-established Grand Rapids neighborhoods, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, schools and other facilities and services. Rents at these developments are not more than 30% of a family’s adjusted monthly income; a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development makes it possible for the GRHC to offer rents well below the average rental rates for comparable apartments in our area.

All GRHC apartments are smoke free! Click one of the Housing Application links in the left menu bar to view federally required household income limits and to obtain the form that's the first step toward renting an apartment for your family.
